For determining how many thermal labels you'll
need per carton of labels or cards.

To determine the correct number of ribbons for an order:

1. Locate the label or card catalog number and determine how many cartons of you are ordering.

2. Choose which class of thermal printer is applicable from the link list on the right, or scroll down to locate the printer class. Then, find the row holding your label or card catalog number. Alternatively, you can search by ribbon part number.

3. Multiply (# of cartons of labels or cards) x (Multiplier found at the end of your row) to determine how many ribbons you need. See example below.

Multiplier Example: If you want to purchase 3 cartons of Label #620100 for a Zebra printer, you would need to order 13 rolls of Ribbon #710008.

3 (cartons of labels) x 4.20 (Multiplier found in the Zebra section) = 12.6 or 13 ribbons
